Tom Sellers is known for breaking convention and merging fine-dining with forward thinking.
Tom learned his craft alongside some of the world’s greatest and most influential chefs, including Tom Aikens in London and at Raffles in Singapore, Thomas Keller at three Michelin-starred Per Se in New York, and René Redzepi at two Michelin – starred Noma in Copenhagen – all before the age of 21.
Tom Sellers is the Chef Patron of Restaurant Story. He dreamed of opening Restaurant Story at the age of 19, and in April 2013, aged 26, was able to realise his dream, wining a Michelin star that same year. In 2021 Restaurant Story was awarded its second Michelin star.
