Studied at Westminster Kingsway College London and is currently completing a Royal Academy of Culinary Arts apprentice programme:

‘Winning the competition has created a lot of attention to me in the culinary industry…When I was announced the winner, I was overwhelmed, this was my second time being in the final so it was a great achievement for me. The highlight of the whole experience was getting to meet like-minded chefs who share the same passion for cooking. I love competing, so any chef considering a competition, my advice would be to dive right in and enjoy the whole experience! Even if you don’t win, the experience of a competition will help you grow as a chef and allow you to learn new things. My winning dish was seared mackerel, pickled radish, fregola risotto’.
