Is risotto your speciality? And your aged 18-23? Well this competition is for you.
Orin Perry from Reading College won last year by cooking a seafood risotto and seriously impressed Judge, the Fat Duck’s head chef, Edward Cooke and Orin is going to join his 3 star kitchen team for three days of work experience, as well as a trip to Italy.
Due to the pandemic, 2021’s competition took place digitally, yet they plan for next year’s event to be held in back at Westminster Kingsway College.
Enter by 31st Dec 2021 for next year’s entry.
The task includes 30 mins of prep and an hour to cook your chosen risotto dish for the judges.
